What do you first remember seeing on TV?
Honestly, I really don't. Um, possibly "The Bob Newhart Show" or "The Carol Burnett Show". Or "MASH". But not "Hill Street Blues", since I got packed off to bed at that point in the evening.
What book do you first remember reading?
Sacajawea. Man, she was my idol. Possibly up until she was supplanted by Storm. I may have been setting myself up for some disappointment when I found out my skin was just gonna stay light pinkish-tan and my hair blonde. Although now it's turning white, so I've got that in common with Ororo.
What movie do you first remember seeing?
Either Flash Gordon or All the President's Men. I'm sure there were earlier, but all I can remember before that was trying to go to both The Muppet Movie and The Fox and the Hound with my birthday party and having them both be sold out. Oh dear, I think I'm going to cry again.
What play/piece of theater do you first remember seeing?
The Pirates of Penzance
What is the first major world event that you remember?
Guh. Wow. I really can't think of anything. I have a memory of a memory of the Challenger explosion, but no details. Boy, my memory's pretty awful.
